Self Awareness.

Have you ever taken a personality test before? Maybe it was just for fun but if you’re really serious you can go to to test yourself for free. Taking time to meditate after a long day is super beneficial to your mind and body and you may just find yourself on the way. Keeping journals of every day and reflecting on them will help you accomplish your journey in finding yourself. Try asking coworkers, family and friends to give you some constructive criticism. Being able to take criticism without getting offended is an amazing trait of being self-aware.  There are tons people who understand who completely understand who they are, but they still make decisions based on the expectations of others. Why is that? They know exactly what is right and wrong but in the end they still make decisions that go against their gut feeling. To make others happy, even if it doesn’t make them happy.
